Cosmetic changes avoiding costly re-decoration where possible 

If a property is already on the market we aim to avoid re-decoration where ever possible. We focus on cleanliness, declutter, defining layout, key focal points and adding stylish accessories for wow factor. We concentrate on the important rooms such as lounge, master bedroom kitchens and bathrooms. Our Property stylists advise on the most effective changes at the lowest cost in priority of what appeals to the camera lens for property marketing AND to the viewer as they tour the home considering to buy. House Wow property stylists are trained to have an eye for 'psychological feel good factors'. Highlight colours, textiles, stylish accessories, mirrors placed well, cleanliness and walkthroughs are high on our priority list. We also advise viewers about conducting a viewing, keeping pets and children out of the way and paying attention to the small details such as clean windows, polished chrome and white towels out for viewings.

Complimentary photography

After property styling our Property Stylists provide digital images of the new look property on CD to your branch office quickly to save you time required to re-photograph. 

Open Days and accompanied viewings

Our Stylists can also be contracted to offer Open Day support and accompanied viewings.  Ask your local stylist for rates and availability.

Pre-photography property styling

Offer your clients the option of a pre-marketing photography half day styling session prior to your photography to get the property presented at its very best. if we know your time and date we will try to accommodate an appointment for styling so that you get as many rooms styled to maximum appeal. Room layout ideal for camera angles, possessions stored out of sight, kitchen work tops tidied, beds made, lights on, clean towels and styling props for bathrooms... need we say more. No wasted trips or rooms that cannot be displayed. 

Estate agents rate card     

We can offer Estate Agents preferential rates.
