House Wow® Associates

House Wow® Associates are licensed to offer local property styling services within certain post code areas. 

HouseWow® Associates confirm public liability insurance, sign up to the data protection act and sign the House Wow® Associate Agreement to trade fairly and to maintain public liability insurance. 

HouseWow® Associates are approved Interior Designers with a Company registered to trade and supply services in the UK. 

By making an enquiry to HouseWow either in an online enquiry form or by telephone for services you agree to our passing your details to a HouseWow® approved local Associate who will contact you to discuss your requirements further. You are under no obligation to take up services or buy goods and may choose to decline any quotation provided to you. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

House Wow® Associates do not give structural advice and are not authorised to give structural advice. Before undertaking any structural alterations or major repairs to a property you should seek professional advice from a suitably qualified structural surveyor, architect or builder.

Services

House Wow® offers property styling advice, supplies and services in the UK

House Wow® Initial appointments offers advice, recommendations and a quotation. 

House Wow® Property Staging photo consultation provides recommendations, a telephone consultation and report. This is a none-visit consultation. 

A House Wow® Initial Home Staging Assessment appointment in the property will take approximately 1 to 2  hours and the majority of the house will be viewed and discussed during this time. However, cellars and loft spaces without a full staircase are not included and the Associate maintains the right to exclude any areas at any time. 

Advice and information are given in good faith and the client should satisfy themselves, before taking action as a result of information found on this web site or information provided by House Wow® Associates that they are satisfied with the cost effective measures recommended. 

Home Staging provides suggestions and techniques to improve property appearance which are recognised to increase property appeal to buyers. However HouseWow Associates cannot guarantee a faster sale or an increase in property value as housing market conditions are outside of our control.      

Terms of services and supplies

The detailed terms are for your safety, security and that of House Wow® Associates. Please check anything that you are unsure of with your House Wow® Associate before taking out services or buying products.  House Wow cannot accept responsibility for cancelled appointments although we will always endeavour to re-timetable and find an alternative Associate. 

Prices and Quotations

Quotation: A quotation will always be accompanied by a terms and conditions document covering relevant terms and conditions within trading law. If this is not received please contact the House Wow Associate directly in the first instance.

Charges: fees for will be charged at the rates stated by the HouseWow Associate.

Payments.  The House Wow® Associate will give you a receipt immediately for any cash payment and provide a confirmation invoice by post.  For other services or items the Associate will arrange payment by the most suitable agreed method. Payment is according to the Associate's own terms as detailed in a quotation.

Property prices: House Wow® Associates and Stylists are not authorised to give property valuations.

Complaints    

House Wow® will follow up any complaint from customers contracting the services of licensees of the House Wow® service. We will always endeavour to take action in order to ensure a high level of service offered to HouseWow customers.
