sized 3 bed property. (3 beds, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 2 baths,
frontage and garden. This includes consideration of photographs provided,
research of the local property market, a telephone Consultation and a
Property Staging report. Please add £30.00 for each
additional room that requires Staging advice.
How
do I send my photos?
For
each room/area requiring staging advice we will need a photo of
each angle of the room plus the floor and ceiling. More images
the better and a few close ups too. If you have a digital camera we
suggest uploading images to Google picasso and give us permission to view.
If you do not have digital images you can send
us photos in the post. We will send full details of how to
upload images after the order is received.
