Home Staging Sold this House - Sealed Bids

This property had been on the market previously the year before, but failed to sell. The clients had emigrated to Australia and needed to sell, but were forced to rent out until they came across House Wow® Associates Karen and Fiona at K3 Interior Design. Based in Cambridge they were pleased to visit the property and communicate with the clients at unusual times of the day to provide advice.

Karen and Fiona recommended freshening up some of the décor, removing existing tired curtains, fitting a new front door, tidying the garden and home staging with rental furnishings to give the viewers that all important 'wow factor'.

Marketing images of the staged property drastically improved the number of viewings from the previous year and the viewings in the staged property enable the 'would-be buyers' to mentally move in.

There was such a rush of offers above asking price that they had to go to sealed bids and the clients took an offer well over the asking price. They were aiming for a million and got it.

The Home Staging investment returned a profit and more importantly it secured a fast and stress free sale. Multiple offers means that buyes are more motivated to ensure a trouble free sales process. If they waver at any point there are a number of buyers ready and willing to step in.
