Here is a prime example of why Home Staging works:
Our clients came to us after their property had been on the market for 16 months and they had reduced it by £75,000 to secure a sale.The problem was that the property was virtually empty,
except for some of the owner's belongings that they had not yet removed. The estate agent had photographed the property clearly showing the owners items which gave a very negative impression of
the property. The house, a beautiful 4 bedroom detached in a lovely development, just needed to be presented as a comfortable and welcoming family home, which is exactly what it was.
We advised our client to remove the belongings they had left behind, after which we had the property professionally cleaned, including the carpets, and had the garden weeded and hedges trimmed.
We then furnished and dressed the whole house to show its full potential. A new estate agent was appointed, and the house went back on the market. Within just 72 hours of re-marketing, an offer
