Show Homes and Home Staging in Leicestershire and the East Midlands

"The Home Styling Company have transformed our new build houses, ready for customers to picture what their home could look like. Great work, thank you Denise and Stephen!"

Richard Evans, Distinctive Developments Ltd

"Our house had been on the market for five months but had not sold. The feedback we were repeatedly receiving was that the property was looking a little tired. Therefore, we enlisted the help of The Home Styling Company and we were not disappointed. From the very detailed report, including recommendations and cost breakdowns, to getting quotes, liaising with contractors and purchasing accessories, the whole project was managed to an exceptionally high standard. Denise was happy to work within our budget and sourced accessories which complemented our existing tastes and would therefore be able to be used in our new home. Denise suggested simple, yet necessary changes that we had not considered but proved to make a huge difference to the overall appearance of the property. When it came to the re-launch, our home had been transformed. Denise managed to highlight all its strengths whilst minimizing any negatives. No task seemed too large and Denise was positive and encouraging throughout the process. We were truly blown away when we saw the final results. Denise has a wonderfully creative eye and pays exceptional attention to detail. She provided a very professional service throughout and we cannot thank her enough for her patience, time and hard work. Our house was sold within four weeks! We would not hesitate to recommend The Home Styling Company."

Lee Adams, Director, Henderson Connellan Estate Agents

"We live in Australia and the prospect of trying to coordinate improvements to the house (after 7 yrs of letting) from the other side of the world, was a daunting one! We need not have worried, as right from the 1st phone call with Amanda, we knew that we were in safe and competent hands. She worked swiftly to complete the project on time and on budget. I could write so much more, but in summary I would not hesitate to recommend Property Reviver; Amanda is dedicated to her work and is extremely good at what she does. I should also add that the first people to view the property made us a good offer within a few days of it being marketed for sale; no need to say any more."
