"We are British expatriates and employed K3 to prepare our property in Great Chesterford for sale. The property had been rented for over 35 years whilst we lived overseas, and regrettably had been left in poor condition by the last tenants.

K3 were able to project manage the extensive repairs and redecoration necessary to prepare the property for market at very reasonable rates, and arranged staging which drew favourable comment from both our estate agent and viewers. Throughout the process we found K3 excellent to work with, responding quickly to communication and making helpful suggestions to make the best of the property. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even down to arranging someone to cut the lawns and maintain the garden on a regular basis to ensure the property was kept in tip-top condition throughout the sale process.

The property was sold at a price we were pleased with, largely due to the help we received from K3. We still own another property in Cambridge and will be contacting K3 again when we come to sell this property. We have no hesitation in recommending their services to others."

"K3 Interior Design Ltd carried out the refurbishment of Berwick Cottage, a highly specialised holiday home for the severely disabled in East Harling, Norfolk. There was therefore a considerable degree of wear and tear andthe general decor looked tired and old-fashioned. Our brief to K3 was to provide a homely yet contemporary scheme within a tight budget. With our extremely limited resources as a small charity, we looked to K3 to provide all the creative input throughout the project as well as the project management and on-site decision-making, liaising with our staff at head office and co-ordinating their own contractors whilst always keeping an eye on the budget and the deadlines.
