House Wow® Associates consist of both licensed HouseWow® Consultants providing local property styling services with HouseWow branding and also HouseWow approved Partners who trade under their own business name to provide a range of services.

HouseWow® Associates confirm public liability insurance, sign up to the data protection act and sign the HouseWow® Associate Agreement to trade fairly, supply written quotations and to maintain public liability insurance during the course of their business activities.

By making an enquiry to HouseWow either in an online enquiry form or by telephone you agree to our passing your details to a HouseWow® approved local Associate who will contact you to discuss your requirements further. You are under no obligation to take up their services or buy goods and may choose to decline any quotation provided to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

HouseWow® Associates are not authorised to give structural advice. Before undertaking any structural alterations or major repairs to a property you should seek professional advice from a suitably qualified structural surveyor, architect or builder.

House Wow® offers a range of property styling advice, home improvement advice, furniture, accessory, house dressing supplies and services in the UK.

House Wow® Initial appointments provide advice, recommendations and a written quotation.

House Wow® Property Staging photo consultation provides recommendations, a telephone consultation and written report. This is a none-visit consultation.

A House Wow® Initial Home Staging Assessment appointment in the property will take approximately 1 to 2 hours and the majority of the house will be viewed and discussed during this time. However, cellars and loft spaces without a full staircase are not included and the Associate maintains the right to exclude any areas at any time.

Advice and information are given in good faith and the client should satisfy themselves, before taking action as a result of information found on this web site or information provided by a House Wow® Associate that they are satisfied with the cost effective measures recommended.

Home Staging suggestions and techniques aim to improve property appearance and are recognised to increase property appeal to buyers. House selling price and the speed of sale are proven to increase using home staging techniques. However, HouseWow Associates cannot guarantee a faster sale or an increase in property value.

The detailed terms are for your safety, security and that of House Wow® Associates. Please check anything that you are unsure of with your individual House Wow® Associate before contracting to services or buying products. HouseWow cannot accept responsibility for cancelled appointments although we will always endeavour to re-timetable and find an alternative Associate.

Quotation: A quotation will always be accompanied by a terms and conditions document covering relevant business terms and conditions within trading law. If this is not received please contact the HouseWow Associate directly in the first instance.

Charges: fees for will be charged at the rates stated by the HouseWow Associate.

Payments: The House Wow® Associate will give you a receipt immediately for any cash payment and provide a confirmation invoice by post or email. For other services or items the Associate will arrange payment by the most suitable agreed method. Payment is according to the Associate's terms as detailed in a quotation.

Property prices: House Wow® Associates are not authorised to give property valuations.

Refer complaints to the HouseWow Associate in the first instance, detailing in writing issues and suggesting action to resolve issues, keeping a dated copy. If complaints are not dealt with satisfactorily House Wow® will follow up any complaint from customers where the service was directed through House Wow®.
