Upside down living meant that the bedrooms were in the basement but had access to a private fully enclosed patio.
The marketing, launched by the client with an open event with drinks and canopies, was a big hit with investors and private buyers
alike.
Rental of all the furniture allowed the client total flexibility as far as budget with a minimum contract of just three months. The properties all sold within this period.
