Loft Apartment Home Staging, Birmingham

This previously tenanted loft apartment sold the week after launch at a price higher than asking price after being staged for sale by talented Home Staging duo Lydine and Martin Czerniuk.

After Staging Living Room

This loft apartment received the Czerniuk solution: De-clutter, style and home staging ready for marketing in tip-top condition to make the fastest sale at the price the owners wanted to achieve. Estate Agents loved the marketing opportunity that this loft apartment presented and the property sold quickly above asking price.

Before Staging Living Room

Premier Loft apartment Birmingham Central - had been let, the owner wanted to sell but realised it needed to market after the tenant vacated. Maxana provided a full furnishing and styling service and arranged for renewal of all of the vertical blinds. The agents as well as the client were delighted with the results, the property was sold the week it was launched and included all of the furniture and styling at a price in excess of the asking price... such was the success of this exercise, MAXANA are just about to perform a similar styling to sell on the property next door but one, and the agents have mentioned there are at least 2 more similar properties that will be coming to market and they will be recommending MAXANA Home Staging services again.
