"Thank
you House Wow Team for the fast house sale. We just sold to the 1st viewer for the full
asking price - they loved it " Vendor, Kent
Selling
price: £995,000

Agent: Foundation Property Services, Kent
This
beautiful 16th Century Barn conversion had become a comfortable home
and needed an independent eye to target the most appropriate
changes. The House Wow team assisted this vendor with
recommendations, de-cluttering, used most of the existing items plus a
few newly purchased styling items, contracted trades people for
repairs, cleaning and gardening to create a makeover which achieved a
fast house sale.
The
makeover took just 4 days and made a huge difference to photography, a virtual tour and - all
importantly - the lifestyle appeal of the property. The numbers of
viewers in the first few days were high and the buyer fell in love
with the house and offered the asking price.
